This inland location offers a refreshingly different atmosphere compared to the crowded coastal café cluster.
To reach it, you’ll need to venture off the main east coast highway and take a deliberate detour inland. That said, during peak flower seasons, weekends, and holidays, visitor numbers surge significantly, so you may encounter parking delays or crowding. Visiting on a weekday morning would be your best bet for a more relaxed experience.

The most important thing to understand is that garden access is directly tied to placing a beverage order. A minimum of one drink per person is required, and the beverage price is essentially bundled with garden access and time spent in the space. Don’t think of it purely as a coffee price—it’s an all-inclusive fee that covers your ability to wander and rest in the gardens.

If you arrive expecting standout coffee, you may be disappointed—but if you come for the gardens and landscape, satisfaction is likely. My own experience saw 90 percent of the appeal centered on the gardens rather than the coffee.

The overwhelming impression is of a beautifully designed, well-maintained space representing a serious investment in the grounds. With Jeju drawing many Chinese visitors, I even spotted a Chinese newlywed couple doing a photo shoot here. This mirrors what Korean couples used to do regularly, though nowadays the trend has shifted toward concept shoots like hanbok (traditional Korean dress) sessions and casual couple photography.
